Job summary

Talogy in Singapore seeks a Managing Consultant to build strategic client partnerships and deliver scalable talent solutions. You will mentor a consulting team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and align projects with the firm’s growth goals.

You will apply advanced psychology to assess client needs, lead business development, and contribute to thought leadership while guiding complex enterprise projects with ethical, data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in organisational/business psychology; Chartered/Registered Psychologist desirable.
• Strong knowledge of talent management theory and contemporary approaches.
• Formal accreditation in ability testing and personality assessment.
• ICF coaching qualification desirable.
• Proven success in business development and client relationships.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 15+ years in talent management or HR consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across diverse industries, delivering high-impact assessment and development solutions.
• Prepare and present complex proposals with a strategic, evidence-based approach.
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables and strengthen strategic client relationships for sustainable growth.
• Manage strategic clients and expand our network of contacts.
• Mentor and develop the consulting team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Develop team members and ensure a high-performing consulting group.
• Mentor direct reports and provide growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and expand market presence.
• Align consulting practices with strategic goals, using technology and analytics to improve efficiency.
• Lead project planning including scoping, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet quality and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Sales on business development, RFPs, and client pitches.
• Collaborate with Marketing on industry activities and thought leadership.
• Contribute to strategic internal discussions and decisions.
