Job summary

Consilio-LL in Singapore seeks a People & Development Consultant/Associate to support recruitment, development, engagement and retention of lawyers and consultants across Singapore and Asia. You will work closely with the Head of People & Development to attract and select top talent and ensure smooth administration of the consultant lifecycle.

The role also provides operational support to Client Solutions and the Singapore business, with a proactive approach and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and consultant lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with onboarding, payroll and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Attract and select high-performing lawyers and consultants across Singapore and Asia.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from ads to onboarding.
• Support salary and rate reviews through market benchmarking.
• Maintain consultant records and lifecycle administration.
• Provide operational support to Client Solutions and Singapore teams.
