Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) seeks a forward-thinking HR talent management practitioner to join our Leadership & Talent Management team. You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and stakeholders to design and drive transformative talent strategies that strengthen pipelines, foster leadership ethos and accelerate capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline with 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
Experience designing enterprise-level talent and leadership programmes with measurable business impact.
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to align talent strategies to organisational priorities.
Data-driven and proficient in talent-related analytics.
Proven ability to design scalable talent solutions.
Strong planning and project management with multi-priority management.
Collaborative, proactive with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead design of talent management philosophy including succession planning and leadership frameworks.
Develop innovative talent and leadership strategies that cultivate a culture of continuous leadership growth.
Partner with senior leaders to anticipate talent needs and co-create practical solutions.
Drive enterprise-wide talent reviews and succession planning with strategic advisory support.
Create meaningful career development experiences through initiatives like programmes, assessments, rotations, mentoring, and forums.
Champion leadership development through milestone programmes and strategic placements.
Harness people analytics and market insights to inform talent decisions and measure impact.
Stay ahead of trends to evolve our talent ecosystem.
