Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Talent Advisor, Strategic Partner, or Senior TA Specialist in an RPO/MSP or fast-paced tech/infrastructure environment.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders.
• Exceptional ability to translate market data and analytics into talent solutions.
• Strategic and innovative mindset with a continuous-improvement approach to talent delivery.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with enterprise stakeholders to diagnose talent challenges and craft tailored talent strategies.
• Data & Solution Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence to optimize talent acquisition processes.
• Stakeholder Influence: Build relationships across executive teams to align KPIs/SLAs and drive delivery improvements.
• Process Innovation & Employer Branding: Identify opportunities to enhance EVP and candidate experience tooling.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor associate talent team members to foster a high-performing environment.
