• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with CRM, recruitment and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and resourcing across Singapore and Asia.
• Support onboarding, documentation and regulatory processes for consultants.
• Manage consultant lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide operational support to client solutions and business teams.
