OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Corporate functions. You will map markets, identify top talent, and build sustainable pipelines for niche roles, while collaborating with hiring managers to refine search strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, campus hiring initiatives, and leveraging GenAI to enhance candidate ranking and scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle while mapping market intelligence across the external talent landscape.
• Apply strategic talent identification frameworks to assess and differentiate talent profiles.
• Use advanced sourcing methodologies to identify talent for specialized roles and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Lead regular, data-driven discussions with hiring managers to calibrate talent requirements and refine search strategies using market-density data.
• Maintain high hiring standards through structured feedback loops and rigorous interview processes.
• Help plan and implement campus hiring and engagement, employer branding and recruitment marketing programmes.
• Leverage Generative AI for research, ideation and data analysis to enhance candidate ranking and streamline scheduling
• Own stakeholder management by acting as a Strategic Talent Advisor to deeply understand business needs, consulting and partnering with Hiring Managers and Business leaders to define and secure the right talent.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house environment, across Technology and/or Corporate functions.
• Strategic stakeholder management - demonstrated ability to act as a Talent Advisor, consulting with Hiring Managers and senior business leaders to define talent needs and influence hiring decisions
• Advanced sourcing capability - hands‑on expertise in headhunting for specialized/niche roles using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct-search methodologies
• Talent mapping & market intelligence - Ability to structure and map external talent landscapes across complex markets.
• Data literacy - ability to translate recruiting data and market density signals into actionable search strategies and hiring recommendations
• AI & digital fluency - working experience with GenAI or productivity tools to enhance research, candidate ranking, or workflow efficiency

Nice-to-Have

• Campus hiring & employer branding exposure - experience planning or executing campus programmes, recruitment marketing, or EB initiatives
• Pipeline taxonomy & CRM discipline - experience maintaining talent databases with skill-based tagging and structured pipeline hygiene (e.g. Beamery, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters)
• Experience hiring in Southeast Asian markets - familiarity with talent supply dynamics across SG, MY, ID, TH, VN or PH
• Tech sector depth - prior coverage of software engineering, product, data, or platform roles (vs. corporate-only background)
