Job summary

Gain City Engineering (M&E) Pte Ltd is seeking a HR Senior Executive/Executive - Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, onboarding and daily HR operations. The role involves HRIS management, employee record maintenance and collaboration with business units on manpower movements.

The position requires a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Admin, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment/TA and HR operations will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS systems and experience in maintaining employee data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation, onboarding and staff orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure all required personal documents are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with relevant business units on manpower movements, including contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment and resignation.
• Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card and other required identification card processing.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling HR-related queries, reports and employee data management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate payroll processing and resolve payroll-related matters.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects, events, functions and other HR initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
