Job summary

Gain City is seeking a HR Senior Executive/Executive – Talent Acquisition (TA) & HRIS to support recruitment, onboarding and HR operations, with a strong focus on HRIS management, employee data and system administration.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS data, and ensure accuracy of employee records in a dynamic retail M&E environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and/or experience in HRIS/HRMS is preferred.
• Experience in HRIS data management, system administration, reporting or implementation will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer preparation and staff orientation.
• Administer and maintain the HRIS/HRMS, ensuring accurate and timely updates of employee records and HR data.
• Perform HRIS data entry, maintenance and reporting, and support system-related queries and troubleshooting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes and employee information are properly maintained in the HRIS.
• Coordinate manpower movements, including contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, re-employment and resignation.
• Handle Work Pass, Staff Pass, Access Card and other required identification card processing.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and coordinating with relevant teams.
• Support HR process improvement projects, including HRIS enhancements, system implementation and process automation.
• Review and enhance HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support other HR initiatives, projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
