Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategy, workforce planning, and candidate experience in a fast-paced semiconductors environment. You will drive global-aligned hiring, mentor a high-performance team, and partner with leaders to deliver data-driven, inclusive recruitment results.

You will oversee pipelines for engineering and R&D roles, deploy advanced selection methods, and position the company as an employer of choice in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive TA experience.
• Expertise in hiring for engineering, R&D, and niche technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore talent market and semiconductor/high-tech industries.
• Experience in global organizations with matrix structures and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Passion for building diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop Singapore-specific TA strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Forecast workforce needs and build pipelines for niche Field, Engineering and R&D roles.
• Drive a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
• Introduce advanced selection methodologies (structured interviews, assessments).
• Partner with global TA teams to pilot best-in-class hiring practices for Singapore.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing TA team.
• Advise business leaders and HRBPs with market insights and benchmarks.
• Position Lam Singapore as an employer of choice in semiconductors.
• Leverage ATS, analytics, and digital platforms for process optimization.
• Define KPIs: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity, manager satisfaction.
• Present dashboards and insights to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.
