Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–15 years of progressive TA experience.
• Proven expertise in hiring for engineering, R&D, and niche technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore talent market and semiconductor/high-tech industries.
• Experience in global organizations with matrix structures and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into hiring plans.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop Singapore-specific talent acquisition strategies aligned with global business priorities.
• Forecast workforce needs and build proactive pipelines for niche Field, Engineering and R&D roles.
• Drive a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
• Introduce advanced selection methodologies (structured interviews, skill-based assessments, predictive analytics).
• Partner with global Talent acquisition teams to pilot best in class hiring practices tailored to Singapore talent landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing TA team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HRBPs.
• Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent strategies to support decision-making.
• Position Lam Research Singapore as an employer of choice in the semiconductor industry.
• Leverage Application tracking system, analytics, and digital platforms for process optimization.
• Define and Drive Key Performance Indicators: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity ratios, Hiring manager satisfaction.
• Present dashboards and insights to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.
