Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire planning function to ensure production aligns with demand.
• Lead all internal reporting with accuracy and clarity.
• Drive coordination for smooth industrialisation of new products.
• Manage stock levels and implement actions to meet inventory targets.
• Take accountability for Days of Inventory and material flow.
• Translate decisions into actionable plans from S&OP meetings.
• Review weekly sales figures to support production readiness.
• Chair daily production meetings to drive smooth operations.
• Lead and develop a team of schedulers/planners.
