Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Services Sales Excellence Leader to drive performance across Sales and Operations for the Services business in Singapore. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with Global, Regional and Local stakeholders to shape a robust End-to-End strategy.

The role requires strong analytics, CRM and sales leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering growth and operational excellence in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales and Marketing operations experience.
• Ability to interface with Senior Management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMSP and AEP for Services Business.
• Define 3–5 year growth and operations objectives with stakeholders.
• Drive tactical actions from AMSP and AEP objectives.
• Lead SIOP for Services Business.
• Ensure alignment of sales and operations programs.
