- 8+ years in IT delivery, including 3+ years delivering ServiceNow projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow projects from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, go-live and transition to support.
- Manage delivery across relevant ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or CSM.
- Work with business stakeholders, architects and technical teams to define scope, priorities, milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate developers, administrators, testers, business analysts and external partners.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues; provide clear status updates and elevate concerns promptly.
- Oversee requirements, solution design, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment.
