ABB Singapore is seeking a proven sales professional to drive service sales, expand Installed Base and promote ABB's service portfolio. You will identify opportunities for upgrades, retrofit and value‑add solutions, and build long‑term customer relationships across designated areas.

You will develop strategic plans, manage proposals and contracts, and work with engineering and service operations to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Chemical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation, Instrumentation, and Analytical product sales or service sales.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Responsabilités

• Penetrate and grow Installed Base (IB) by identifying sales opportunities for upgrades, retrofit and value‑add solutions.
• Develop strategic sales plans aligned with channel strategy and pricing frameworks; monitor performance and propose recovery plans.
• Drive service sales growth across the portfolio by generating leads and identifying new service offerings.
