Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a technically-minded sales professional to grow service revenue within an assigned base and territory. You will proactively contact customers by phone, email, and visits, and identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle services.

You will generate quotations, expand contracts, and develop new service opportunities from installed equipment, while cross-selling across product portfolios and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in any Engineering, preferably:
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Service sales or aftermarket sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service revenue within an assigned customer base and territory.
• Proactively contact customers through telephone calls, emails, customer visits and other sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibration, service agreements, equipment upgrades and other lifecycle services.
• Generate quotations and follow up systematically to improve quotation conversion.
• Expand existing service contracts while identifying opportunities to convert transactional customers into contract customers.
• Develop new service opportunities from installed equipment base.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and solutions across relevant product portfolios.
• Generate leads and cross leads
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver agreed sales targets and monitor sales metrics.
• Communicate the value of preventive maintenance, calibration and lifecycle services.
• Work closely with Service Engineers, Product Sales team, Service Operations and Customer Support to ensure effective delivery of customer commitments.
• Represent and participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer trainings, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity information in CRM/SAP.
