Qualifications

• Diploma/HND/Bachelor in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Drives, Motors, Power engineering, electrification, or asset management preferred.
• 1–5 years in service/technical sales within industrial automation or electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Drive Installed Base (IB) penetration by promoting ABB's service portfolio for Drives, Motors, and Electrification, including preventive and predictive maintenance, lifecycle services, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, modernization, digital solutions, and service agreements.
• Identify and develop new service sales opportunities leveraging IB data, asset lifecycle, market trends, and operational needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets across assigned customers and market segments.
• Build trusted customer relationships by understanding operational challenges and delivering value-based service solutions that improve reliability, productivity, energy efficiency, sustainability, and asset performance.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, presentations, seminars, and marketing activities to strengthen engagement and expand ABB's service footprint.
• Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and successful project handover in accordance with ABB policies.
