Job summary

Align Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Sales & Business Development professional to grow service opportunities within existing accounts in Singapore. You will identify customer needs and promote maintenance, repair, and after-sales service solutions while targeting monthly and annual sales goals.

You will also handle quotations, proposals, and contract renewals, negotiate terms, and maintain CRM records. Strong relationship management and pricing understanding are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in service sales, technical sales, industrial equipment, automation, or related industries.
• Experience selling maintenance contracts, after-sales services, or technical service solutions will be an advantage.
• Good commercial understanding of pricing, profit margins, and sales profitability.
• Customer-oriented with strong relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow service sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Identify customer needs and promote maintenance, repair, and after-sales service solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining business profitability.
• Prepare service quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure orders.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records using CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups to identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable service solutions.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop suitable service solutions.
• Prepare and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintenance contracts, and contract renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams on service-related requirements and customer requests.
• Follow up on billable service activities, invoicing, and outstanding matters.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
