Job summary

ABB is seeking a Service Sales Specialist in Singapore to drive growth of the service business by developing opportunities within the installed base, promoting lifecycle services, upgrades, and value-added solutions. You will build long-term relationships, identify new service opportunities, and deliver profitable growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in service sales with a proven track record.
Experience selling MV/LV electrical products or solutions.
Strong understanding of service agreements, maintenance, upgrades and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop opportunities within ABB’s installed base; promote lifecycle management and service portfolio.
Build and maintain customer relationships, translate requirements into ABB service solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Develop a healthy sales pipeline via site visits, market development, lead generation, tenders, and CRM usage.
Collaborate with service, sales and cross-functional teams to implement service sales strategies and deliver cost-effective solutions.
