Job summary

VORTEX STAFFING is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore to support the sales team with daily administration, customer coordination and order processing.

You will prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices, coordinate with customers on orders and deliveries, and maintain accurate records. The role requires good communication, organisation, and the ability to multitask within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in sales coordination or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate with customers on orders, enquiries and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on pending orders and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
