Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Leader to own end-to-end service delivery and governance for core mobile, wireless, WAN and RAN services. You will oversee cross‑functional teams, vendors and partners to ensure reliable, secure and compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 12–18 years in telco or large infrastructure delivery, with strong ITIL governance, incident leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• 12–18 years’ experience in telco, managed services, network operations or large‑scale infrastructure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/service management, operational governance and major incident leadership.
• Working knowledge of secure network operations, cyber security controls, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with ITSM, monitoring, NMS, SIEM, SOAR, CMDB, observability and automation platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent project/service delivery certification.
• Executive presence with strong communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to operate under pressure in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, and operational excellence for dedicated mobile core, wireless, WAN and RAN services.
• Lead deployment, transition-to-run and steady-state operations across multi-disciplinary internal teams, vendors and partners.
• Establish service governance covering milestones, quality gates, risk, issue, change and escalation management.
• Serve as the senior service interface for stakeholders, executive sponsors and internal leadership.
• Ensure SLA, availability, resilience, security, audit and compliance obligations are met, while driving incident, problem, change, release and capacity processes.
• Drive secure operating practices, vendor governance, budget tracking and people leadership across the service delivery organisation.
