Job summary

Singtel is seeking an experienced cyber security leader to define and drive the enterprise security strategy across governance, operations and delivery for Enterprise Services. You will oversee 24/7 security operations, risk management and customer-facing security programs.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year roadmaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with executive stakeholders to strengthen security posture and service quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across cyber security, security operations, managed services, enterprise security governance or ICT service delivery.
• Proven leadership in SOC/ASOC operations, incident response, customer-facing security service delivery and governance/risk/compliance environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management and crisis leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Cyber & Enterprise Security strategy aligned to business priorities and standards.
• Develop the multi-year cyber capability roadmap across governance, operations, automation and resilience.
• Lead security governance, risk management and compliance activities for Enterprise Services.
