Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery for mobile core, wireless, WAN and RAN services. You will govern multi-vendor deployments, drive operational excellence and lead transitions from project to run.

The role requires senior leadership and a strong track record in regulated or high-security environments. You will be the primary interface for stakeholders and executives, ensuring compliance, performance and continuous service improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12–18 years in telco, managed services or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience leading mission-critical, multi-vendor services.
• Strong ITIL/service management and incident leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery, governance, commercial performance and operational excellence for dedicated services.
• Lead deployment, transition-to-run and steady-state operations across multi-disciplinary teams, vendors and partners.
• Establish service governance covering milestones, quality gates, acceptance criteria, risk, issue, change and escalation management.
• Serve as the senior service interface for stakeholders, executive sponsors and internal leadership, including service reviews and major escalations.
• Ensure SLA, availability, resilience, security, audit and compliance obligations are met, while driving incident, problem and change management.
• Drive secure operating practices, vendor governance, budget tracking, operational efficiency, automation and people leadership across the service delivery organisation.
