STIGIOUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable program coordinator to support, coordinate, and execute sales programs to drive business growth. You will provide project management support to local and overseas customers, plan and monitor programs, and ensure timely delivery.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in a similar program management role, strong English, multitasking and data analysis skills, and familiarity with QAD software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 3+ years in program management is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and able to commit to deadlines.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills and data/chart analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support, coordinate and execute sales programs to drive business growth.
• Provide PM support to local and overseas customers; plan, implement and monitor programs.
• Process customers’ purchase orders and prepare necessary documents (quotations, invoices, D/O, tax invoices).
• Coordinate with departments to align with program objectives and delivery schedules.
• Prepare marketing materials and program/sales reports; analyse monthly/annual data.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
