Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree holder with at least 3 year of working experience in similar program management environment would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of QAD software would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and execute sales programs to drive business growth.
• Provide project management support to both local and overseas customers.
• Plan, implement, and monitor sales programs.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure project alignment and objectives.
• Manage order processing and delivery coordination with departments.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery orders, and tax invoices.
• Chair New Product Release/RFQ meetings and ensure customer requirements are understood.
• Follow up to avoid delays and ensure on-time delivery.
• Arrange delivery with freight forwarders when necessary.
• Prepare marketing materials (e.g., write-ups, slides).
• Prepare monthly and annual program and sales reports; analyze reports.
