Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience as a sales representative or sales manager with targets met.
• Commitment to ongoing education through workshops and conferences.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand customer base
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Implement new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competition
• Identify opportunities to increase sales
• Perform other duties assigned by the director
