Job summary

MAYBANK SINGAPORE LIMITED seeks a senior leader to own the enterprise Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) function, defining strategy, standards, and operations for a trusted source of technology assets and configuration items in Singapore.

You will lead the SACM roadmap, establish an authoritative asset inventory across hardware, software, cloud, and third-party components, and drive data quality through discovery and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in SACM, CMDB, or asset management
• Strong ITIL SACM knowledge and governance
• Hands-on with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery
• Familiarity with Device42 or ManageEngine
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Understanding of technology risk, audit, and regulatory requirements in financial services
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of SACM strategy and roadmap to enhance technology asset governance
• Establish and maintain an authoritative inventory of service assets across hardware, software, cloud, cryptographic, open-source, and third-party components
• Drive asset discovery, data reconciliation, and remediation processes to improve asset visibility and data quality
• Oversee asset lifecycle governance including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Lead automation initiatives and manage the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM capabilities
• Develop and monitor governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting frameworks to support audit and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to strengthen asset management practices bank-wide
• Sustain SACM capabilities as an ongoing service to support effective service management, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and informed decision-making
