Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in Singapore, ISAP, is seeking a senior leader to organize software engineering capabilities and drive quality across the end-to-end development environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, implement bank-wide directives, and ensure governance and process improvements across the department.

Reporting to the Head of CMS, you will lead innovation initiatives with ISAP, TBS and ISR to adopt new technologies and practices within the Singapore center.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prepare the Software Engineering capabilities according to the needs of the bank.
• Create a sustainable and productive environment for teams to perform at their best.
• Ensure the utmost quality of the department's deliverables.
• Manage the IT Business Line and department budgets.
• Implement the bank's directives, working methods and strategy.
• Maintain project management and software engineering standards with CMS head.
• Represent the department to Business and IT Management with ISAP teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of ways of working, tooling, sourcing, training and governance.
• Lead innovation across ISAP, TBS and ISR to adopt new technologies.
