Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Asset/Configuration Management, CMDB, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of ITIL SACM, asset lifecycle management, data reconciliation, and governance
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery; familiarity with Device42 or ManageEngine is advantageous
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) and risk/regulatory awareness in financial services

Join Maybank Singapore to lead the enterprise Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) function, owning strategy, standards, and operations for a trusted source of technology service assets and configuration items.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Bank's SACM strategy and roadmap to enhance technology asset governance
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive, authoritative inventory of service assets across hardware, software, cloud, cryptographic, open-source, and third-party components
• Drive asset discovery, data reconciliation, and remediation processes to improve asset visibility and ensure high data quality
• Oversee asset lifecycle governance including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Lead automation initiatives and manage the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM capabilities to streamline asset management
• Develop and monitor governance metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting frameworks to support audit and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to strengthen asset management practices bank-wide
• Sustain SACM capabilities as an ongoing service to support effective service management, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and informed decision-making.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Asset Management, Configuration Management, CMDB, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of ITIL SACM, asset lifecycle management, data reconciliation, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery; familiarity with Device42 or ManageEngine is advantageous
• Proficiency with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
• Good understanding of technology risk, audit, and regulatory requirements in a financial services environment
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
