Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a senior SACM leader to own the enterprise Service Asset and Configuration Management strategy, standards, and operations. You will champion an authoritative inventory across hardware, software, cloud, and third-party components, driving discovery, data reconciliation, and remediation for improved visibility and governance.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in Service Asset/Configuration Management, CMDB, or related fields
Strong knowledge of ITIL SACM, asset lifecycle management, data reconciliation, and governance
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery; familiarity with Device42 or ManageEngine is advantageous
Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) and risk/regulatory awareness in financial services

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of SACM strategy and roadmap for asset governance
Establish and maintain an authoritative inventory of assets across hardware, software, cloud, and third-party components
Drive asset discovery, data reconciliation, and remediation to improve visibility and data quality
Oversee asset lifecycle governance including onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning
Lead automation initiatives and optimize ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM capabilities
Develop governance metrics, KRIs, and reporting for audit and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, EA, and business stakeholders to strengthen asset management
