Job summary

Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd, a NETS subsidiary, seeks an ITSM Cont. Service Improvement Lead to drive service excellence and regulatory-aligned governance across IT assets and processes in Singapore. You will establish CSI practices, measure benefits, and coordinate with Technology, Finance, and Risk teams.

The role focuses on lifecycle management, asset governance, and strategic improvement initiatives to evolve IT services in line with MAS regulations and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 六 years of ITSM, CSI, or IT governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continual service improvement initiatives.
• Drive ITIL Continual Improvement practices across ITSM functions.
• Develop and manage CSI governance, KPIs, and benefits tracking.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Applications teams.
• Maintain CSI roadmaps, business cases, and success criteria.
• Provide executive reporting on service improvement performance.
• Engage stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Risk.
