Job summary

LogicMonitor is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore for a 6‑month contract to lead full lifecycle recruiting across APJ GTM functions, including Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Professional Services & Support. You will source passive candidates, screen against criteria, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

Bring 5+ years in SaaS recruiting, GTM experience in APJ, and a proactive sourcing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting in SaaS software sales.
• Experience recruiting GTM roles across APJ.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for assigned GTM requisitions across Singapore & Australia.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver consistent outcomes.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers with multiple stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
