Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across APAC, EMEA and the Americas on a 2-year contract. Based in Singapore, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire talent for our B2B travel distribution and travel technology business.

The role requires proactive sourcing, coordination across time zones, and data-driven updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

Around 5 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience across multiple markets.
Experience independently managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple vacancies.
Strong direct sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement.
Experience coordinating across APAC, EMEA and the Americas with stakeholders in different locations and time zones.
Excellent written and spoken English for cross-market communication.

Responsabilités

Deliver end-to-end recruitment for commercial, operational and corporate roles in multiple markets.
Source, engage, and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding with hiring managers and HR.
Provide regular recruitment progress updates and data-driven insights on pipelines and risks.
Collaborate to improve recruitment processes, templates, and tools.
