Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore is seeking an Associate Recruiter to ensure we attract, source and recruit top talent for internal and external roles. You will manage the full lifecycle and align talent acquisition with business needs, working across teams to deliver quality hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, build robust pipelines, leverage market data, and ensure a positive candidate experience while upholding compliant processes and driving efficiency in the TA function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-7 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently through changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Understand employment laws and regulatory controls
• Familiarity with TA platforms such as HireVue and SmashFly preferred
• Experience planning networking events or projects
• Strong multitasking, project management and presentation skills
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
• Ability to tell a story with data and metrics
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process and implement TA strategies
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on TA processes, controls and policies
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels
• Evaluate, interview and present candidates to hiring managers for feedback
• Partner with senior management, HR and finance to anticipate needs and build pipelines
• Share innovative solutions to streamline the recruitment process for the client
• Attend client meetings as a subject matter expert on TA responsibilities
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely updates and feedback
• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits and compensation philosophy
• Conduct compensation expectation discussions with managers and candidates
• Support Affimative Action Plan and educate on diversity goals
• Provide market data to support client needs
• Utilize ATS functionality and maintain data integrity
