Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a Staff Recruiter to join our Greater Asia Talent Acquisition team, based in Singapore. In this role, you will own end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and South Korea.

GTM at Zscaler spans Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel & Alliances, Customer Success, and related functions - the engine that drives Zscaler's regional revenue growth. You'll be embedded as a strategic hiring partner to GTM leadership across these markets, building diverse pipelines and closing top talent in a highly competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and Korea - from intake through offer close and onboarding handoff.
• Partner closely with GTM hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic hiring priorities - translate those into a crisp sourcing and assessment strategy.
• Proactively build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, events, referrals, and other creative channels not reliant on inbound alone.
• Serve as a regional market intelligence resource, providing hiring managers with compensation benchmarks, talent availability data, competitor landscape insights, and time-to-hire expectations for each country.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience at every stage - from first outreach to final offer - representing the Zscaler employer brand with credibility and enthusiasm.
• Manage and influence offer processes, partnering with Total Rewards and TA leadership on compensation structuring, negotiation strategy, and closing.
• Collaborate with the broader Asia-Pacific and global TA team to share best practices, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-regional hiring surges as needed.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics - pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates - and use data to continuously improve.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and Zscaler's global hiring policies across all seven markets.

Requirements:

• 10-14 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM / Sales hiring in the technology sector (SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent).
• Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple countries in Greater Asia - particularly Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and/or South Korea.
• Strong direct sourcing skills; expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior GTM stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Solid understanding of compensation practices, employment norms, and regulatory requirements across the covered markets.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment - comfortable managing 15-20+ open requisitions across geographies simultaneously.
• Prior in-house recruiting experience at a global SaaS technology or cybersecurity company.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS(Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or equivalent).
