Job summary

PRISM+ in Singapore is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for office-based teams, retail staff, and technicians during a busy expansion period.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate offers and work passes, and partner with hiring managers to manage multiple roles with speed, fairness, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Contract role with quick start.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills across staff and managers.
• Familiar with MOM work pass rules and fair hiring.
• Bonus: ATS (Workable) or Malaysia hiring.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment from intake through onboarding.
• Hire across office, retail and technical roles (white-collar, retail, technicians).
• Manage high-volume hiring for retail and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and provide market insights.
• Source proactively via job portals, LinkedIn, networks and referrals.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience with clear communication.
• Keep ATS data clean and track time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Coordinate offers and work passes with HR/Operations.
• Support employer branding and campus/community outreach.
