LogicMonitor is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore for a 6‑month contract to lead full lifecycle recruiting across APJ GTM functions, including Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Professional Services & Support. You will source passive candidates, screen against criteria, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

Bring 5+ years in SaaS recruiting, GTM experience in APJ, and a proactive sourcing mindset.

This role is for an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility to extend, depending on business requirements.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting across all GTM functions including Enterprise & Commercial Sales, Sales Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Professional Services & Support for the APJ business. Duties include: sourcing passive candidates from top-tier software vendors, attracting passive candidates, screening active candidates against predetermined hiring criteria, managing cognitive & behavioural assessments, coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders and offer negotiation, through to close. This person will act as a consultant and business partner for all recruiting-related activities, working collaboratively with all levels within the organisation.

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, resume review, interviewing and offer negotiation across Singapore & Australia

• Serve as a talent partner for assigned requisitions, collaborating with all levels within the organisation to deliver consistent outcomes

• Consistently source, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines for ready now talent pools and future projects

• Develop and implement creative approaches to uncover new or specific sources of talent, utilising advanced recruitment sourcing techniques

• Utilise AI tools to improve efficiencies across the hiring life cycle

• Keep ahead of market trends within the technology industry

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Participate in team projects and initiatives as and when assigned

• Meet or exceed performance metrics based on number of hires / quarter

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience

• 5 years+ professional recruiting experience specifically within a SaaS Software Sales environment

• Previous experience recruiting GTM roles across the APJ region

• Prior experience recruiting GTM function roles, including Account Executives, Presales, Channel, Customer Success and Professional Services roles

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment

• Ability to think out of the box proactively and devise strategic sourcing campaigns to drive passive candidates' engagement

• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure results

• Metrics and results-driven

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple roles simultaneously

• Highly coachable, hungry to learn and develop your skill set
