Job summary

Kong Inc. in Singapore is seeking an Renewal Manager to own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers within a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will drive value realization and negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention.

As part of a cross-functional team with CSMs and SEs, you will prepare quotes, collaborate on technical requirements, and push for upsell opportunities while reducing churn through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management renewals or customer success in SaaS.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and negotiation with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset to interpret health data and usage metrics.
• Team player with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal process for assigned customer portfolio.
• Engage customers before renewal to discuss terms and needs.
• Prepare renewal quotes and contracts using Salesforce and other tools.
• Collaborate with CS and SE teams to address questions.
• Identify at-risk renewals and mitigate churn.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Pursue upsell/cross-sell during renewal.
• Provide feedback on trends and process improvements.
