Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success with sales targets and customer-facing duties.
• Experience with SMEs, startups, and fast-paced Singapore market.
• Strong collaboration across departments to renew and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly renewal targets and CSAT goals.
• Investigate end-to-end customer interactions to drive renewal and retention.
• Achieve cash collection targets through renewals, upsell and upgrades.
• Maintain and analyse your sales pipeline with a data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with accounting, product, data teams to improve renewal processes.
