Job summary

Wiz, a fast-growing security tech company, seeks a Renewal Manager in Singapore to secure up-for-renewal dollars and mitigate renewal risk. You will work with Sales, CS, and Legal to secure renewals and drive expansion while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

The role requires 2–5 years in cybersecurity renewals or SaaS renewals, strong collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex renewal processes with Wiz rules of engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High collaboration with ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Proven track record of renewal quota achievement and SaaS pricing familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days in advance of renewal due date.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth and term extension.
• Partner with Customer Success to assess health and drive renewal solutions.
• Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within the book.
• Manage renewal processes for multiple customers concurrently and scale operations.
• Escalate to resolve customer concerns; collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk as applicable.
