Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC in Singapore is seeking a hungry, relentless sales professional to build market share from the ground up across lifestyle travel gear, premium home living collections, and related categories.

You will identify, pitch, and secure high-traffic retail spaces, spearhead mass retail penetration, develop B2B gifting partnerships, plan high-visibility events, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven track record in B2B/B2C sales, account management, or retail business development (5+ years required for Assistant Manager level).
• Hunter mentality with a track record of beating sales quotas, cold calling, and opening doors with new commercial accounts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local retail operating terms, consignment/concession models, margin structures, and promotional mechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills, with strong commercial presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify pitch and secure high-traffic retail spaces across prime shopping hubs.
• Spearhead sell-in and sell-through strategies across mass hypermarkets and lifestyle channels.
• Develop institutional accounts to secure bulk B2B contracts and corporate gifting programs.
• Plan and execute retail roadshows, atrium fairs, and seasonal promotions to drive revenue.
• Manage end-to-end commercial cycles from cold prospecting to contract closing and account development.
