Job summary

ALLGEM Design Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive client acquisition in retail design and brand transformation. You will target retail brands, manage relationships with brand directors and project stakeholders, and craft proposals from concept to execution.

This role collaborates with our Shenzhen design center and Singapore project teams, analyzes market trends, negotiates terms, and aims to meet sales targets while growing our regional

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Track Record: 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience in Singapore (retail design, fit-out, commercial space planning, brand consulting, or visual merchandising preferred).
• Communication & Cultural Agility: Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin aplus for Shenzhen collaboration.
• Core Competencies: Strong consultation, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Prospecting: Identify, target, and acquire potential client opportunities among retail brands, commercial space developers, and expanding domestic/international businesses.
• Client Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with brand directors, retail managers, and key decision-makers.
• End-to-End Proposal & Deal Closing: Prepare competitive pitches, proposals, and quotations; negotiate terms and close agreements to meet revenue targets.
• Cross-Regional & Interdisciplinary Coordination: Bridge clients with our Shenzhen design center, Singapore project team, and external vendors.
• Market & Industry Insights: Monitor trends in retail design and industry innovations to identify opportunities.
