Job summary

SHILLA TRAVEL RETAIL is seeking a Sales Management professional in Singapore to support B2B sales operations, identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and follow up on sales leads, and assist with client negotiations.

You will monitor sales activities, build strong client relationships, understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to performance reporting and ad-hoc projects to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales operation
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Support sales negotiations and client agreements
• Monitor sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client requirements
• Support the day-to-day operations of the B2B business
• Track sales performance, leads and business opportunities
• Assist in performance reports
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as per assigned
