Job summary

DBS Asia Central in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Relationship Manager for the Consumer Products, Large Corporates segment within Institutional Banking Group. You will lead client strategies and drive cross-sell opportunities while coordinating with regional partners to grow our franchise.

You should bring a bachelor’s degree and about 8 years of corporate banking experience, with strong credit skills and a track record of leading regional deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in Corporate Banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, identify and initiate account strategies to expand portfolios within assigned industry segment.
• Complete and execute account plans, driving business development with internal partners across geographies.
• Increase product penetration and cross-sell IBG services including capital markets, transaction banking and treasury; tailor solutions to client needs.
• Ensure timely submission of RFPs, pitches, deal execution timelines, credit memos and supervision reports.
• Prepare financial models with P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow projections based on sound market assumptions.
• Proactively monitor accounts, addressing credit changes and escalating when needed to senior bankers.
• Conceptualize corporate finance analyses, including capital structure and DCF-based valuation.
• Independently handle loan and security documentation negotiations.
