Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial, SME or corporate banking with relationship management and credit assessment.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Goods sector is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of Consumer Goods clients, serving as their trusted banking partner and primary point of contact.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business models, growth strategies, financial performance, and industry dynamics.
• Conduct regular client engagements to identify opportunities, address challenges, and support evolving banking needs.
• Advise clients on lending, cash management, trade finance, treasury and other value-added services.
• Collaborate with product partners, credit teams and internal stakeholders to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Drive portfolio growth through proactive client acquisition, relationship expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments and competitive dynamics within the Consumer Goods sector.
• Maintain strong credit discipline and portfolio quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financing proposals and strategic recommendations to support clients' business objectives.
