Formación

• A good degree with at least 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• Proven leadership of large teams and managers.
• Deep P&L, budgeting, and multi-channel marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and banking operations.
• Familiarity with FA Act, MAS guidelines; CMFAS/CFP/CFA preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the retail platform business strategy.
• Provide strategic direction and coaching to Team Heads.
• Own P&L, budget management and business quality.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
• Drive customer-centric financial planning and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal product, digital and support units.
• Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and scale engagement.
