Qualifications

Approximately 6-8 years of relevant experience in public or global health, philanthropy, international development, programme management or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engagements, working groups and governance meetings among community members and programme partners.
Develop agendas, briefing materials, presentations and discussion papers for senior stakeholders.
Document key decisions, maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
Manage a pipeline of programme concepts, proposals and partnership opportunities.
Assess proposals for strategic fit, feasibility, impact, scalability, risks and readiness.
Support partners to clarify information and prepare opportunities for funding discussions.
Translate strategic recommendations into practical workplans and operating processes.
Monitor programme progress, dependencies and priorities.
Support partnership development and co-funding opportunities.
Plan and deliver stakeholder convenings, learning sessions and other strategic engagements.
