Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities across the region.
• Conduct and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, tax, and regulatory workstreams.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment assessments.
• Support transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers and materials.
• Review transaction documents with internal and external advisors.
• Participate in negotiations with counterparties and partners.
• Support strategic planning and portfolio management initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic projects.
• Monitor market trends and investment opportunities.
