Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related discipline; MBA would be advantageous.
• Around 5 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Development, Project Management or a related field.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing or an international business environment would be advantageous.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse markets, industries and business opportunities to identify new areas for growth.
• Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities and other business initiatives.
• Develop business insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Drive strategic projects from planning through implementation, including defining objectives, milestones and action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support international market and business expansion opportunities.
• Lead internal initiatives focused on process improvement, business effectiveness and organisational development.
• Prepare business analyses, project updates and management presentations for business reviews.
• Take ownership of other strategic initiatives and special projects as required.
