Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) is seeking a programme professional to develop and execute regional healthcare programmes. You will promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre, develop capacity-building initiatives, and coordinate CME partnerships with regional institutions to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter who can both work in a team and independently.
• Passionate about regional works and happy to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Overseas travelling will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country.
• Promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkage and development of capacity building programmes aimed at improving service delivery in the region.
• Facilitate the partnering of institutions in the assigned country with SingHealth to arrange for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes.
• Work closely with other stakeholders to enhance the patient experience throughout their care journey.
• Provide feedback to identify, develop and improve service offerings of the institutions under SingHealth.
