Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Manager to support a regional health community focusing on health outcomes across Southeast Asia.

The role requires translating strategic priorities into actionable workplans and managing a diverse network of philanthropic organisations, programme partners and subject-matter experts. You will coordinate engagements, develop agendas and briefs for senior stakeholders, and monitor progress while identifying risks and opportunities for funding

Qualifications

Approximately 6–8 years of relevant experience in public or global health, philanthropy or international development.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders including NGOs, government, academia or private-sector partners.
Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and roadmaps.
Strong analytical, writing and synthesis capabilities for senior leadership.
Experience supporting strategy development and implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engagements, working groups and governance meetings with community members and programme partners.
Develop agendas, briefing materials, presentations and discussion papers for senior stakeholders.
Document key decisions and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.
Manage a pipeline of programme concepts, proposals and partnership opportunities.
Conduct preliminary assessments of proposals for strategic fit, feasibility, impact and risks.
Work with partners to clarify information and prepare opportunities for funding discussions.
Translate strategic recommendations into practical workplans and operating processes.
Monitor programme progress, dependencies and emerging risks.
Support partnership development and co-funding opportunities.
Plan and deliver stakeholder convenings, learning sessions and other strategic engagements.
Capture insights and convert discussions into clear next steps.
